Beautiful. Very comfy beds. Please note… if you are elderly or you’re traveling with someone who is older, there’s a flight of stairs that I didn’t see mentioned in the description. Pulling two suit cases (with 5/6 days of clothing) up the stairs was difficult and painful. I was very nervous when my mom was on the stairs. But the view and rental were beautiful! I would stay again if ther was a hoist for the luggage! 😂

Beautiful and extremely clean cabin. I love the resort and didn’t even realize it was a ski resort until we got there. I’m just not familiar with Boyne Mountain and that’s my fault. We will be back in the winter because I want to bring my younger kids. It’s a beautiful area. The only thing I would mention is the cabin does kind of back up to a road. It’s not used super often but you can hear traffic coming and going to other cabins at times and kind of see the road through the trees from the back deck and hot tub. The cabin itself was so nice, very updated, and a great place to stay. We will come back!

The home was very spacious for our three families. The location on the water was perfect for swimming and paddle boarding. The kitchen was well stocked! The cottage is in a great location on the south arm of Lake Charlevoix. …really nice for swimming and boating, with a big deck to enjoy the water view. The inside is nice with the original cottage containing a large living room and a well stocked kitchen, and new bedroom additions at either end. There’s only one bathroom, but it’s laid out well with double sinks and separate shower and toilet rooms, so more than one person can use it at a time. The bedrooms are air conditioned but not the main, older part of the cottage, which got pretty warm when it got very hot outside. Fortunately, there were plenty of fans which helped. It’s worth noting that the bed in the main bedroom is located in a loft, accessible by a metal circular staircase. That can make access tricky, especially if you have to use the bathroom at night.

Thank you Nicole for hosting us in your beautiful home. Couple things to keep in mind when booking, the photos make the main floor common area seem bigger than it is, which is common for rentals. While the basement is beautifully finished, the 4th bedroom is in the basement, something to keep in mind. There is a small patio for outdoor seating but no outdoor eating area to speak of if that’s important to you. The location is wonderful and the home is very nice.

This is the perfect ski in ski out home. Many amenities, kitchen (and entire place) was well equipped with utensils, paper products, household items. perfect location on the hill with access to the Disciples 8 lift, free shuttle service through the resort, great sleeping room. Only 2 very minor drawbacks are parking - if more than 2 cars, you have to go to a lot that is a little tough to walk in the winter cold. We made it work with the shuttle/car pooling from that lot but I would not consider it walkable. Also the living room is a little tight for all group sitting. There is enough chairs/benches it just is more sitting than lounging. There is a living room in the basement if you want sectioned off living (like one for kids one for adults) but my group wanted to all be together so found the main room to be a bit tight, but definitely doable. Overall I would definitely stay in this again, the location , cleanliness, amenities are next level. We all agreed we will come back ag

The natural light and lake views on one side and beautiful green space on the other made for a wonderful atmosphere. We visited Bear Lake Livery to canoe & fish for trout, avalanche bay, Harbor Springs, Boyne City and explored Deer Lake almost every night with paddle boards and kayaks. It was a great place to stay on the lake. It was very comfortable and great for family of 5-6 people. Would definitely stay here again! Close by to both East Jordan and Boyne City which have nice restaurants. We liked the smart lock setup, made very easy self-serve way to get in the property.

Simply and amazing property! We truly enjoyed our stay here. It felt like we were surrounded by the gorgeous lake, and the windows allowed us to soak it all in from sunrise to sunset. Nicole's place is superb. We love Foster Boat Works, and this unit is perfect. Comfortable beds (including the pull-out couch!), a nicely stocked kitchen, lovely towels, and very clean. Nicole was wonderful, helpful, and kind in her communication. The views are sublime- the sun rises over the water into the unit. The local beach is a gem, and you can walk easily into downtown. The pool is probably my favorite pool in Michigan. You can swim while taking in the views of the boats and bay. We had an absolutely lovely time, and I highly recommend this location to others. 5 stars on all counts!

The property offers amazing views of Deer lake. We loved watching the beautiful sunsets each evening. It was too cold to swim, but you are steps away from the beach, kayak rentals, paddle board rentals, and a restaurant/bar. The unit is also in a great location, under ten minutes to downtown Boyne City (if you are looking to explore beyond Boyne Mountain). The Boyne City area has different restaurants to explore, a weekly farmers market, etc. We had a great time and would stay here again!

Location was great, quick drive down the Mountain to Boyne Resort, just up the road from the 1st Tee Box of Monument Golf Course, and easy to get around in general. Plenty of parking, and the Garage Apartment was great to use as well. The house was well equipped and we did not have to lift a finger. Nicole and Rob were excellent hosts. They were extremely communicative from the minute we booked the house several months ago, all the way to check out. They even let us tour the property before we booked it back in November! They provided access instructions days in advance, which made communicating to our group really easy. They were extremely responsive during our stay, and were really flexible with a late check out. I would highly recommend this house and these excellent hosts. You will not be sorry!

It was quite disappointing as we had small children to accommodate. The shuttle worked the first day & then it wouldn’t come back up due to snowy conditions the second day. This lovely home on Lake of the Woods was everything we could’ve imagined and more. The stay was beyond what any Airbnb we’ve stayed at before has been and the location was absolutely breathtaking! From impeccable views, a quiet and peaceful (and very remote!) area, and a super friendly and communicative host - staying here was an absolute dream! We had the fortune of hosting a small wedding here after talking it through with the host first and everything was perfect! This home has plenty of room for the guest limit and gives everyone enough space to really unplug and get away! The home was super clean and had everything we could’ve needed in terms of cooking needs and honestly everything/anything else! Towels, yard games, wood for the fire pit, kayaks and floaties for the lake, linens, shampoo in case you forget yours, and more!! There is so much to offer in the immediate area surrounding the house, from golfing, skiing and beachfront activities to great restaurants and shopping. While we ventured beyond the Boyne City area, we could have easily filled days just in town. As for the house, it was meticulously clean, very cozy and comfortable, and had all the amenities to make it truly feel like a home. Nicole was an exceptional host, with very clear and timely communications, with the quickest repsonsive time I've ever had with AirBnB. The views are amazing and the house is so spacious , comfortable and completely stocked with anything you need . They have 4 kayaks, a rowboat, pedal boat, floats and noodles so lots of people can go out on the lake together . That lake isn’t overly developed so it is a peaceful paradise . Our kids like to cook and there are two very well outfitted kitchens . We only went out to Shorts once for lunch. We would love to come back sometime and can’t recommend it enough . Nicole also gave us a later checkout which was really helpful and time for one last swim ! Our best Airbnb experience ever !

The space and rooms were huge and welcoming for my kids and us. The privacy of this place is incredible! You feel like you have the lake to yourselves. If you haven’t been to northern Michigan during autumn, then I highly suggest you do so. The colors of nature are breathtaking! The cabin we rented at Boyne mountain was the icing on the cake. It was well kept, clean, private, and had great amenities (hot tub, two fireplaces, grill, lots of seating, etc.) The year round Christmas decorations kind of threw off the vibes, but it would’ve been so cute during the actual holiday season. It’s definitely worth the money if you have a big enough group to split the costs with.

The condo was cute, clean, and comfortable. One thing that stood out was that there wasn’t a laundry list of “dos and don’t”. Other rentals I’ve stayed in charged a fee for changing the TV settings, etc. This rental didn’t have any of that and all I had to do at check out was leave. The kitchenware are very good and have small appliance that didn't expected, like rice cooker, but it is the last day I saw it and no chance to use it. Nicole is very considerable that provide one-time coffee cups for taking coffee outside and have popcorn and cotton candy for kids, etc. it will be great if can provide table salt and black pepper and check propane before the next client move-in. What a gorgeous and spacious home! Our group had everything we needed for a wonderful three-generation family vacation. Plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows, a huge kitchen and tons of seating make this home wonderfully cozy and comfortable. We had awesome snow during the first 3 days which allowed us to take advantage of the ski-in, ski-out location. But then the snow began to melt, the Alpine chair closed and skiing out of the home was no longer possible due to the property's location on the ski slopes. It didn't ruin our fun though and we could take the shuttle or drive to the main ski area- Just something to note. We were happy to be a drive away from the crowded lodge over the New Year holiday but it did take some coordination to get the group to the resort restaurants, pools, spa, Avalanche Bay, etc. The host was a great communicator and made us feel very welcomed through messages.
