What We'll Need to Get You Started

We want your property to be a guest favorite and a solid source of income for you. That's why we have a few simple standards in place.

  • Location Matters: Properties must be in or near Boyne Mountain, Lake Charlevoix, or other sought-after Northern Michigan destinations.
  • Peak Season Availability: We ask that your home be open for bookings during high-travel months, especially July and January, when interest (and rates) are at their highest.
  • Guest-Ready Standards: Homes should be well-kept, tastefully furnished, and equipped with modern amenities for at least 4 guests.
